will be forwarded to all members and friends of the group who are currently subscribed.

Subscriptions are open to the public. To subscribe, send an email message to your nearest listserver, or directly to

The message should have a blank subject field, and contain the command

where ''Firstname Lastname'' are your first and last names. The listserve program will return some simple instructions about the list.
